Jake practices in ATR’s Commercial and Business, Construction, and Real Estate groups. Jake has a diverse practice, including corporate formation and advising, mergers and acquisitions, lender financing representation, real estate development and acquisitions, and construction litigation for large, national and regional general contractors, local contractors, and subcontractors. Jake is a talented attorney providing excellent counsel to his clients. Jake earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Maine School of Law and his B.A. from Bucknell University, and he is admitted to practice in the state of Maine, the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and the United States District Court for the District of Maine.
